The objective of the Quality Assurance Department at ACL is
to ensure the consistent quality of our product manufactured
to our exacting standards. ACL’s overriding objective
is to fulfill or exceed our customers’ expectations.
Customer satisfaction is ACL’s priority and the Quality
Assurance department’s aim is to make your product stronger
by ensuring quality. Quality Assurance personnel stress quality
as their primary job by defining standards and processes,
and engaging a team approach to problem solving.
ACL has achieved ISO9001: 2000 Quality Management System registration.
Our lab is designed to carry out numerous tests in line with
ASTM, AAMA, MPTM, NACE, SSPC and CSA standards.
ACL strives for continuous improvement by monitoring indicators
researched by our team and agreed upon by our suppliers, customers
and production team. We measure and analyze our performance;
improve and control our processes, and ensure the goals of
our customers are achieved. Our customers have confidence
that we will deliver on our commitment of quality. ACL runs
over 25 tests in house. Please speak with our technical representative
