Automatic Coating Limited (ACL) is recognized world wide as having one of the most technologically advanced powder coating facilities in North America specializing in the application of thermo set or thermoplastic coating materials.

With our three divisions; corrosion coating, decorative and architectural aluminum, we have been serving our customers with high quality customized solutions since the 1960's.

ACL is unique in the industry, a full service powder coating shop that has the ability to handle any size, scope or volume of job. Our ‘state of the art’ 70,000 square foot building is equipped with overhead cranes and multiple conveyor lines that can handle parts that range in size from 40 feet long to a fraction of an inch.

ACL has some of the most diverse types of application equipment in the industry including, our state of the art electrostatic lines handling pieces 5’ x 7’ x 40’ long. Our automated fluid beds handle pieces up to 30’ with a line capacity of up to 10 tons. If required, the 8’x9’x24’ dimensions can be expanded. This customization allows ACL to excel in the industry in terms of flexible customer applications.

In addition, ACL offers several unique pretreatment systems. Our five-stage aluminum architecture pretreatment meets all the requirements of AMMA 2605-98, but utilizing an environmentally friendly non chrome system and has recently been approved for Kynar/fluorocarbon powder coating. ACL’s steel pretreatment system utilizes a five-stage iron phosphate wash with reverse osmosis rinse. For corrosion resistant coatings ACL utilizes six different grit blasting wheelabrators of all sizes up to 40’ long.

To ensure customer satisfaction, ACL has an extensive Quality Assurance Department with complete testing facilities. Performance tests are conducted throughout each project to ensure quality coatings as well as the accurate specifications of your product to ensure you are delighted with your finished product. Our friendly and efficient Customer Service Department is always available to assist you with any details. ACL’s eight 48 foot trailers, two tractors and one 24 foot five ton curtain side truck ensure that your product is delivered on time.
